Are Multi-faceted veterans from the Industry & Govt System who come with min Experience of 20 years max of 50 years of Experience

  • Are paid a honorarium monthly to avail their services
  • The Tax component levied on honorarium taken care by TPCHLINDIA or their relevant subsidiaries
  • Are provided health-family-accidental cover health insurance apart from their monthly honorarium
  • Are provided travel/Food/Dining/Accommodations on cost to cost basis when they attend our board meetings or business meetings, where such cost is borne by TPCHLINDIA or its relevant subsidiaries.

Three types of Advisory Board Council Constituted

Governance Advisory Board Council
Advises the TPCHLINDIA Board on Board Governance, Group Policy, Subsidiaries Policies & related Compliances, Taxation within India and Global.
Business Mentoring & Leadership Hiring Advisory Board Council
Advises TPCHLINDIA’s Executive Team as Business Mentors. Recommends, Refers, Support’s the screening and hiring of TPCHL-INDIA in terms of its own Shareholders, Directors and TPCHLINDIA’s Subsidiaries as well as the leadership team hiring of the subsidiaries.
Administrative Advisory Board Council
Advises and monitor’s the Administrative, Senior Leadership, Senior Management, and Middle Management activities of TPCHLINDIA & It’s subsidiaries.
