PRS has done his Master's in Information Technology and have served 3 prestigious International Organisations as a nominee of India, and has worked in a leadership position for a Global Oil & Gas Major client handlng its volumious IT projects as a contractor representative, where he brought up his contracting company where he worked from its tertiary stage to a primary level by robust strategic approach, organisational change management practices, and versatile vendor acquisitions. He has also won 3 major long term IT contracts worth 796 million USD to 10 billion USD each for his company, 1 at Utilities domain, 1 at Oil & Gas Domain, 1 at Industrial Chemical Domain.

PRS comes with 20+ years of International Strategic Business Development, Project Consulting, Program Management, Project Monitoring, Project Evaluation, Project Auditing Experience. He blended his hands on International Organisational Public Project Development Experience with his International Super Large Scale Hands on Leadership Experience in Bid-Contract-Supplier-Procurement-Vendor Management and Program Management which he worked upon in his International Career, and ideated TPCHL Group Formation by June 10th 2010, from where it has been continous 8 long years thorough preparation on various business fronts sailing through various challenges, test trials, ordeals, and hardships. And finally got TPCHLINDIA registered on June 18th 2018, registered at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

From 2010 to till 2015 TPCHLINDIA remained only as a registered domain name, and the current Logo was hand drawn and designed by his 3 year old daughter in 2013 and a one page ppt was kept dsiplayed in his linkedin for public display, however the entire strategy, architecture, framework and game plan was created by him in a robust manner day and night.

TPCHLINDIA has been 2nd version of the TPC suite of companies, where the version one what he created was a LLP at a very backward state of East of India, through he had very closely worked with that state Govt for upbringing of that state's economic development through good amount of global best practices he implemented in Bid-Contract-Vendor Management, and a slew of Vendor Acqusitions, where his Focus Mantra has been to bring Visible Outcomes to the Projects the State Undertakes. The Version one was a test trial of the over all game plan as a mini-venture. It took five (05) long years for him to launch the version one LLP company itself which is a first of its kind Government Consulting Company in India & Globally.

At TPCHLINDIA, The 6 business grouping and its subsidiary companies have been carved out based on the ongoing global business forecasts for the next 30 years.

Still the making of TPCHLINDIA and it's 6 Subsidiary Groups is going on despite 2 years completion of TPCHLINDIA as, "Creation of An Institution which positively impacts a Generation is a Life Long Journey".
